Terms
You must read, agree to, and accept the terms and conditions contained in this user agreement before you may participate in our affiliate program.
We have tried to make the terms as simple as possible to understand. If anyone has any questions regarding the terms please contact us.
Spam
We do not accept any traffic from spam, this includes unsolicited bulk emailing, and IM spamming (icq etc.). Any affiliate spamming will be cancelled and all earnings will be revoked.
Traffic
CASHBURNERS accepts most forms of traffic, except for traffic coming from Illegal web sites, pharmacys, fraudulent means, auto installs, hacking, spam, trademark infringement copyright, or any method that could harm CASHBURNERS or its affiliates.
Fraud
Affiliate Fraud against CASHBURNERS will result in non payment, and account termination (this does not include customer fraud). Affiliates committing creditcard fraud, will have their details released to the authorities.
Payment
Commission rates are 30%, not including postage, and 3% on your downline. CASHBURNERS will send payment every month, with no holdback. Minimum payments are $200 or $1000 for wire payments. Any affiliate who doesn't make the minimum, will be carried over until the minimum has been reached.
Customers
Customers who purchase products and services through an Affiliate will be deemed to be customers of CASHBURNERS. Accordingly, all CASHBURNERS rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders and service will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time. CASHBURNERS policies will always determine the price paid by the customer.
Termination
CASHBURNERS reserves the right not to accept any site or person into the Affiliate Program based on any reason we choose. We also have the right to terminate any Affiliate we choose for whatever reason. In such circumstances the affiliate will be paid upto the date of account cancellation, unless they were committing fraud, and in that case there details will be passed to appropriate Authorities, and all earnings voided.
Relationship of Parties
CASHBURNERS and the affiliate are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict this statement.
No Warranties
CASHBURNERS makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the affiliate program. CASHBURNERS is not be responsible for damages suffered by any customer, including incidental damages or lost profits. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, misdeliveries, system failures or service interruptions caused by any source whatsoever. CASHBURNERS makes no representation that the operation of our site or the Affiliate Sites will be uninterrupted or error free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. All content in the CASHBURNERS software and affiliate program is provided to you "as is" without warranty of any kind either express or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose, title, non infringement, security or accuracy.
